One of the most rewarding aspects of lutherie is working with a player to maximise the potential of their cello. I consider all aspects of an instrument’s set up, from small soundpost adjustments to a completely new set up, using the finest alpine spruce sound posts and the highest quality maple bridges.

Regular set up work includes soundpost adjustments, a new bridge or soundpost, fingerboard re – shooting, bridge curve adjustment, and new pegs.
